We may collect your WhatsApp phone number, display name, messages you send to us, prayer requests, Bible questions, preferred language, opt-in or opt-out status, and conversation history needed to provide support. If you submit sensitive prayer requests, health concerns, family issues, or personal struggles, that information is stored only for ministry support and follow-up purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your messages, save and manage prayer requests, provide Bible-based study support, generate devotional quotes and wishes, send requested ministry updates, improve our service, prevent misuse, and route urgent or sensitive requests to a human prayer team or pastor when appropriate.

3. WhatsApp and Meta

Our service uses WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp and Meta policies. We receive only the message data needed to operate this service and respond to users who contact us or have opted in to receive updates.

4. AI-Assisted Responses

Some replies may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI responses are provided for encouragement and general biblical study support. They do not replace pastoral counselling, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency help. Sensitive, urgent, or emergency messages may be escalated for human review.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share prayer requests and related details internally with authorised admins, pastors, or prayer team members for follow-up. We may also use trusted service providers for hosting, database storage, WhatsApp messaging, and AI processing. Information may be disclosed if required by law or to protect safety.

6. Data Retention

We keep conversation logs, prayer requests, and content records only as long as needed for ministry support, legal compliance, security, and service improvement. Admins may delete or close records when follow-up is completed.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards such as admin login protection, database access controls, HTTPS hosting, and restricted access for sensitive ministry data. No online system is completely risk-free, so users should avoid sending unnecessary highly sensitive information through WhatsApp.

8. Your Choices

You can stop receiving non-essential messages by replying STOP on WhatsApp. You can also request correction or deletion of your prayer request or conversation data by contacting us using the details below.

9. Children’s Privacy

This service is intended for general ministry communication. If we learn that a child has submitted personal information without appropriate consent, we may delete that information or restrict follow-up.

10. Data Deletion Requests

To request data deletion, send a WhatsApp message with DELETE MY DATA or contact us by email. We will review and delete eligible records unless retention is required for legal, safety, or abuse-prevention reasons.
